Argentine Tango Classes

We offer two levels of Argentine Tango classes, all instructed by Jackie Stahl.

Beginner (Basics I) Class:
Open to all levels of dancers

Learn to connect reliably to your partner and move musically with ease. This class will cover basic walking patterns, rocks, ochos, turns, and grapevines.

Each basics session is six weeks long; a new series starts whenever the last one ends. Check our online calendar for details.

Offered Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.

Intermediate:
Prerequisite: Completion of Basics I or equivalent.

Improve your posture, balance, connection, musicality, and quality of movement. Learn figures such as calicitas, blocks, displacements, foot drags, boleos, and grapevine turns.

Offered Wednesday evenings from 7:45 – 8:45pm.

Dance Party (Milonga):

Practice what you've learned, become a better Argentine Tango dancer, and simply have fun by attending our Sunday Argentine Tango Brunch Milonga (Party).
